オニオングラタンスープ✨✨最高‼️ : Shokudou Sabizu

オニオングラタンスープは４月に入ったら終わるかもと聞いてたのでもう無いかなぁーと入店、『あるじゃん‼️超ラッキー』。
『まだ肌寒いのでもう暫くやるかもー』との事。
お酒で一息ついてから注文、炭水化物も欲しかったので『ベーキライス』もお願いしましたー。

・おつまみマッシュポテト
とても滑らかなマッシュポテトにデミソースがかかったもの。バケットやクラッカーに乗せて食べたいかも。美味しいです！

・オニオングラタンスープ
前回のレビューも見て欲しいのですが、全体として味は薄め。その代わりオニオンの甘みが凄く感じ身体に沁み渡ります‼️

・ポークベーキライス
これは初挑戦。メニューには『洋風焼き飯』って書いてます。実際に食べて見ると、確かに洋風のチャーハンって感じはする。
厚切りの豚肉が美味しいのと、そのソースがベーキライスに凄く合ってて美味しい✨
ただ、ベーキライスだけだとどうかなー。

There was incomplete combustion near Saitama Super Arena, so I want to revive it somewhere safe! ️ So, I went to Saby's in Kamata. We arrived at 4pm and there were only two other customers. Start with a highball and fried green peppers❣️ Fried green peppers → The best, a dish where thick green peppers are quickly soaked in oil and mixed with a soy sauce-based sauce. This was a NICE choice. Delicious ✨ Seriously, the green peppers are delicious. Today is the best!! ️!! ️!! ️I wanted Hamburg, so I ordered it separately. The gravy and the meat itself are delicious. Complete meal with red wine. That's crazy╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ Highball @450×2 Glass of wine @300 Fried green pepper @300 Savvy's Hamburg @980 (single item) Actually, one of my goals was to make "onion gratin soup", I was scheduled to do it until the end of this month, so I decided not to do it this time. It seems like it's only available for a limited time because they don't take orders when it gets warmer. I think I'll go again on the weekend. Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m

The combination for March is A!! ️ I was actually expecting the C combination, but the A combo, which has a seasonal feel, was the winning order. So, I was drawn to the ``Seasonal Onion Gratin Soup'' and ordered it again. A highball for the waiting time. This month's A Combo: Stir-fried chicken with rape blossoms and bamboo shoots, and potato Croquette set meal with potatoes from Mishima!! ️ @1,000 Long lol Onion gratin soup @500 Highball @500 As expected, very satisfied. - Rapeseed flowers, bamboo shoots, and chicken go perfectly together. The bamboo shoots are split lengthwise and stir-fried, so they look like bamboo shoots? That's what it feels like. But the taste of bamboo shoots is delicious (of course...) ✨ ✨ ✨ There are a lot of rape blossoms now available in supermarkets. A dish that really feels like spring.・ Croquette are handmade. A creamy Croquette with a nice texture that has been crushed to the consistency of mash. Served with demi sauce, delicious! ️ ・Onion gratin soup that I ordered additionally. Again, perfect. The amber-colored onions add richness to the consommé soup and cheese, making it irresistibly delicious! ️ 500 yen is cheap. Until when is it limited? I haven't heard of it, but I'm sure I'll be returning soon╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ This restaurant always provides hospitality that exceeds my expectations! ️!! ️!! ️ Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m

チョット贅沢に今月のメニューから、一番高いCコンボをオーダーです！
・ハンバーグ、前回と同じく肉汁たっぷり美味しいなぁ。一口食べて赤ワインをお願い、笑。ご飯でも良いのですが一旦箸を置きましたー^_^
・焼豚は厚めのが２枚。脂身もしっかり入ったご飯にもワインにも合う一品。
・唐揚げって洋食？でも下味のしっかり付いたこれまた美味しい（＾Ｏ＾☆♪
・お酒とほぼ同時にサラダが到着。シャキシャキお野菜でボリュームもあります。添え物では無くちゃんとした一品です。メインが届くまでつまんで待ちます。

トータル2,000円オーバーですが（お酒も頼んでるので、、、）全体を通して満足度が高いですねー(^｡^)

日曜日の16時30分頃入店、さすがに待ち無く入れましたがカウンターが一席のみ空いてるだけでした。やっぱり人気店なんだなぁ。

また来たいお店。

・オムライスは懐かし系。くどく無く最後まで飽きずに食べる事ができます。デミソースと一緒なのであっさりとした塩味ひかえめのケチャップライス。鶏肉がしっかり入ってるのは嬉しい^_^
そして、卵の色が濃い！ペラペラでは無く厚焼きで食べ応えがあります。ただ卵の味はよく分かりませんでした、、、、
デミソースにチーズが溶かしてあり、さらにコクのあるソースになっているのではないかと思います。
いやー旨い。

・トッピングしたハンバーグは100gでも非常に満足度が高い、肉汁たっぷりなのとお肉自体が旨い！
豚肉もまぁまぁ入ってるのではないかと。
次回は白米でこのハンバーグを食べたい。

この前、たまたまお店の前をとおり『ここ旨そうだなあー』とチェックしてたのが早く実現しました。
お邪魔したのが16時過ぎで空いてたのもあるとは思いますが、かなり居心地が良いです。
狭いお店ですが、カウンターは何故か広さを感じ、背もたれのある角度が良い椅子がgood！

久々にまた行きたいなというお店に出会いましたー
