胃が1/3しかないアタクシでも、もたれず美味しくいただけました。久々のラーメン。あまりのこぎれいな店構えに惹かれて入店。
ぽとりノーマルを注文。店員さんは外国人だけど優しい声かけ。
待ってる間にクチコミを読み、胃が大丈夫そうだったら、小ライスに生卵にチーズを追加しようと決めてました。期待通りの優しいスープ。焼き鳥のような鶏肉もスープに馴染んでます。細麺ストレート。
しなちくは穂先でしょうか。柔らかい。結構塩気が強いのに不思議と馴染みます。
なんというか、表現が乏しくて申し訳ないが優しいラーメンと言うのが一番近いかな。
案の定、小ライス、卵いきましたよ。
クチコミで教わったように、まずは胡椒から。。次にカレー粉。途中は玉ねぎとにんじんのピクルスが口休めかな。
最近はラーメンも半分はかみさんに手伝ってもらい、もはや男女入れ替わりのアタクシでも大満足でした！ゴチッス。
