2020年9月平日18:00往訪。ご高齢のお母様と息子さん(？)で営業されており、スタンスとしては稼ごう、というよりは無理せず営業というようで、商売っ気はあまりないのか、店内飲食について週末夜はネガティブなようです。事前にお電話し、以下をお願いしました。
▪️焼餃子6個(420円)2人前
時間通りに伺うと、既にできています。
紙皿にアルミホイルで蓋をして、ビニル袋に入れてありました。鯛焼きと同様に、焼餃子って時間により変化するので、１つ早速食べてみます。
棒餃子のような見た目でサイズも大きめ。焼き面はガリッと油で揚げたような具合になっており、皮はモチモチ。そして、特徴は大きく2点あり、皮の包みが緩いこと、また餡に肉らしきものが入っていないことです。
包みが緩く、横から見ると中の餡が見える状態。キャベツ中心に味付けはニンニク、ニラもしっかり効いており、物足りなさは全くない不思議さ。シャキシャキっとした食感に甘さもあり、野菜の旨味でこんなに美味しくなるんだと、感動。
サイズ大きめですが、家に戻りビールとともにあっという間に完食、コスパも良くこれは店内飲食も目指したい。ご馳走様。
