京急空港線大鳥居駅から徒歩4分、1960（昭和35）年創業の老舗餃子専門店「龍門（りゅうもん）」さん。
名物は手作りの絶品・餃子です。
オープン直後に伺うと、店主のおばあちゃんと男性店員の2人オペ。「うちは餃子ライスしかないよ？」とのこと。もちろんですとも！
なお、餃子は普通6個と大盛9個で選べるので、大盛でお願いしました。
餃子は注文後、95歳になるおばあちゃんがその場で皮に餡を包み、焼いてくれます。
いや、餃子は包んでいるというより、餡を巻いているという特徴的なタイプで、某餃子店と同じスタイルですね。
餡は肉控えめでキャベツ、ニラが中心のヘルシーなタイプ。外はカリカリ、中はふんわりと旨い餃子です。餡は両端から溢れやすいので一口でいただくか、オンザライスしながらいただくと良いかと。
熱々のうちにガツガツ食べ進め、あっという間に完食。おばあちゃんの心がこもった、絶品・餃子。いつまでも元気に餃子を焼き続けてほしいなぁ。ごちそうさまでした。
