目黒ランチを求めて、aunt MIMIさんへ。
駅からすぐの立地、並んでいる時間もあるようです。
メニューが健康的なランチなことも影響してか、女性客が圧倒的に多いです。
塩鯖と根菜のオリーブオイル焼きを注文。
ご飯が白米か玄米かチョイスできるので、玄米にしていただきました。
塩鯖は脂乗りも良く、ハーブで程よく臭みも取れていました。
全体的に優しい味で、実家に帰ってきたかのような気持ちに。
玄米がやや柔らかめの炊き具合でしたが、こっちの方が消化に良くて良いかも。
心も身体も健康的になれた1日でした。
