開店前11:25に前客3人に連結、後客3人で11:30に突入。その後後客続々で11:50には満席で待発生。
お正油オムライスは曜日限定なのでほとんどの方が注文しています。とはいえお店の方は慣れたもんで滞ることなく10分後には入店順に着皿です。
始めにもやしとレタスのサラダが提供されます。もやしは温められてサラダとしては珍しいと思います。酸味のある和風ドレッシングが食欲を刺激します。
オムライスの男もりは米350g程度でかなり多いです。卵は柔らかさを残した絶妙な食感で七味とマヨネーズがかけられています。お正油ライスは所謂焼き飯のような醤油の焼いた香ばしさはなく、具が鶏肉と玉ねぎのバターライスに醤油で軽く色づけましたという感じでした。
ピリッとした七味がアクセントになって飽きずに完食できましたが午後はかなり睡魔に襲われました。次回は日和って女もりにしようと思います。
