全く辛くないメニューから少し辛め～超激辛まで、全てのお客様にご満足いただけるようにご用意しております。まずは当店基本メニューの味噌タンメン（小辛）、一番人気の蒙古タンメン（中辛）からお召し上がりください。辛さの奥に広がる野菜の甘さ、スープと麺の旨みがクセになること間違いなし！ |
日曜日の昼下がりに伺いました。
目黒の中本さんがリニューアルされ綺麗になりました。実は北極メニューは未食。
この機会にいただきました。
食券制。現金あり。ボタンがたくさんあります。
北極やさいラーメン、ニンニク別。
1020円プラス100円
計1120円。
接客も元気がよく最高です。

北極の赤みのあるスープに野菜。
ニンニクは別皿で味変に。楽しみです。
⚫︎スープ
おお。これだ。某コンビニの即席麺でありますが再現度は高いのですがやはりお店で食べる味はコクが違います。スープに旨みが溶け出しています。
辛いがむせるほどではありません。
辛い旨いの真骨頂ですね。
⚫︎麺
中太ストレート麺。
中本は麺が少し寂しい。スープには合うのでしょうがちぢれ麺でも食べてみたいところ。
いつもの中本さんの麺です。
そして野菜は秀逸ですね。
シャキシャキが少しクタになっていく過程もまた美味しい。
スープの中毒性と具材。
初の北極やさい。美味しく頂きました。
