全く辛くないメニューから少し辛め～超激辛まで、全てのお客様にご満足いただけるようにご用意しております。まずは当店基本メニューの味噌タンメン（小辛）、一番人気の蒙古タンメン（中辛）からお召し上がりください。辛さの奥に広がる野菜の甘さ、スープと麺の旨みがクセになること間違いなし！ |
愛すべき蒙古タンメン中本。
こんなに愛してるのになかなか行く機会に恵まれず、多分数年ぶりの訪問。
週末18時くらいに伺って、ラスト1席を確保。
その後も基本入れ替わり立ち替わりでさすがの人気っぷり。
今回は『蒙古タンメン(890円)+背脂(100円)+バター(100円)』をチョイス。
中本という存在がなんとなく好きなだけで別に辛いものが好きな訳ではないので、いつも蒙古タンメンです。
明日から暫く働かなくても良いならもうちょっと辛いの食べてみても良いですが。
背脂とバターが合わさってよりマイルドに、甘味も付与されます。
なんなんでしょう、めっちゃ美味いとかじゃないのに妙な満足感。
多分次行くのはまた3年後くらい。
近付き過ぎるのも良くないからね。
