目黒・下目黒の住宅街にある「CHUM APARTMENT（チャムアパートメント）」
オープンは2005年と、私の記憶でもかなり前から存在する老舗カフェ。倉庫を改装したという店内は、アンティーク調のインテリアで統一され天井が高くて開放的。ここは「ちはる」さんがプロデュースしたということで有名です。
昼のお品書きには「日替わり定食（豚ロースのグリル・メキシカンサルサソース」「鶏の唐揚げ おろしポン酢定食」「鰤の照り焼き定食」「焼き魚定食」「国産豚肩ロースのしょうが焼き定食」「ねぎトロ丼定食」「味噌スープカレー」等、小鉢、ご飯とみそ汁付。
私は、ランチ後でしたのでデザート目的。でもメニューに希望の物がなかったので「ねぎトロ丼定食」を注文です。
【椀物】
「お味噌汁」
玉ネギとキャベツ。
【小鉢】
「ポテトサラダ」
小鉢は、納豆か、お漬物かポテトサラダからチョイス。
【サラダ】
「マカロニサラダ」
刻んだキャベツとレタスのサラダにマカロニサラダが添えられています。ドレッシングが掛かっていないのでマカロニサラダのわずかなマヨネーズでいただきます。
【メイン】
「ネギトロ丼定食」
びっしり敷き詰められたネタのマグロは、ねっとりとした舌触りに仕上がっています。味付けはなされておらず、ちょっとドリップが逃げ出してうまみ成分がなく、その割にみずぽかったのが残念。冷凍使用ならゴマ油とかお醤油で「漬け」にすべきかも。添えの醤油を染み込ませて、これまた水分多めのご飯と一緒にいただいて美味しくいただきました。
上等ではありませんが、十分満足のいく量でした。
【ドリンク】
「アイスコーヒー」
カフェなのに、おふくろ定食屋みたいなメニューが魅力です。ストレスない早い配膳、良心的な価格で、食べられるのはありがたいと思います。スタッフ皆さんの親切で元気なサービスも気持ちいいものでした。私の好みのアナグラ系異空間インテリア、許可いただきしっかりお写真撮らせていただきました。いつまでも眺めていたい楽しい気分にさせてくれる面白パラダイス。
