久しぶりにこちらに来ました
いつもは晴れの日に来るのに土砂降りでした
家族4人で利用しました
全員同じコースで
前菜を蟹・帆立・フォアグラ
メインのステーキ肉をロース・フィレ
から選べます
さて
サラダからスタート
蟹は肉厚でジューシー
シャキっとしたほうれん草をいただき
肉は柔らかでそのまま食べても味付け良し
野菜はどれも新鮮ですね
ライスをガーリックチャーハンに変えて味わって味噌汁の浅利を楽しめてお見事
食後のデザートは席を変えていただきます
(ケーキ食べ終わってからコーヒー出してどうする…)
今日も美味な料理をいただきました
目の前で料理されるのを見るのも楽しみのひとつです
いつの日か、また来ますね

コロナ禍でいろいろあって行けなかったお墓参りを済ませまして
その後こちらのお店に来るのがルーティンです
だいたい同じコースを注文
タラバガニorホタテorフォアグラから1つ
フィレorサーロインのどちらか
という選択します
今回はフォアグラにしてみました
ステーキは4人なので両方を分けてをOKいただきました
ちょっと高級ぶってフォアグラにしてみましたけど、やっぱり独特でなんともですねぇ笑
安定のタラバガニかホタテにしておけばよかったな、うん
ほうれん草とかも目の前で調理してくれて、味はもちろん美味しい
何よりステーキの調理が見れるのが良いんですよ
2種のステーキを食べるの最高でした
シェフがお皿にキレイに盛り付けてくれのもお見事です
ご飯はチャーハンかガーリックライス、なのでガーリックライスにしました
味噌汁は赤出汁で具がハマグリでこれも美味しい
デザートの時はカウンター席から他のテーブル席に移動
ドリンクはコーヒーか紅茶から選択
旬な感じのいちごアイスにいちご味ムースにいちご添えられていますね
味はお見事で接客も丁寧です
