Go To Eatのチケットを買ったものの、なかなか使えず正月休みに使えるお店を調べ、その中からこちらのお店にする事に。
こちらは雅叙園の中にあるステーキ屋さん。雅叙園自体は有名ですが、一度も行ったことが無くそれもあって行ってみる事に。
雅叙園の中にはいると、レストラン街が。通路に両脇にオシャレなお店がオープンな空間で並んでいる。
その一番奥にこちらのお店がありました。
予約時間の１２時丁度に到着。
お店は鉄板焼きスタイルで、全てカウンター席。
はじめから決めていた、目黒ランチをオーダー。このメニューは目黒店だけにあるオリジナルのランチメニューのようで、はじめの魚介の鉄板焼きは帆立をチョイス。目の前の鉄板で帆立を丁寧に焼いていくのを眺めつつハイボールを。
帆立はウニのソースでいただく一品。美味しくない訳がない。続いてほうれん草のソテー。シンプルながら、素材の味を生かした一品。そのあとサラダを食べながらステーキが焼かれていくのを拝見。
コースのロースは150g。ランチには丁度いい大きさ。ちなみにヒレは130g。
ロースはほどよいサシがはいり、その脂が甘くて美味しい。
やっぱり美味しいステーキはそれだけで幸せな気分してくれる。
ご飯はプラス料金になるけどガーリックライスにして貰った。コース全体としてボリュームも十分。
食後のデザートは別席で。
このボリュームと内容ならば、納得のランチでした。
しかしGo To Eatを使うためにお店を探すのは苦労しました。食べログで使えるお店を検索出来れば良かったのですが、検索出来るサイトはぐるX Xしかなく、使え慣れないせいか行ってみたお店かどうかがわからず苦労しました。
