しゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題関連だと、しゃぶ葉派と温野菜派とあるけど、俺は温野菜派だなぁ。何故かって？運んでくれるからだよ。
最近まで、特に、温野菜に行こうとか思わなかったけど、「いや、超優秀だよ温野菜、飲み放題つけても、そこらのしょうもない店に行くより安いし美味しいし野菜たくさん食べられるから、まじおすすめだよ」とか言われて、そんじゃあと訪問することにした次第。
今回は、厳選牛とイベリコ豚コースにアルコール飲み放題をつけてます。
税込で5,000円ちょい。ええやん。
ハイボールからはじめます。
ポン酢とごまだれをセット。
鍋だしは、牛テールと香味野菜の和牛だし＆極み白醤油と手火山式本枯節三代目極みだしでセット。
最初の野菜セットがやってきました。
俺の場合、レタス以外は、それぞれ鍋にセットします。一旦沸かしたのち、火を小さくして、ふつふつさせないように調整。
準備している間に、酒のつまみを食べてます。感想としては、鍋をしっかり食べたかったらあえて注文しなくてもいいかなぁという感じ。
肉がきました。
俺の場合、鍋の中でしゃぶしゃぶおどらすようなことはしません。野菜の上で肉には寝てもらい、いい具合で火が通ったら、野菜と一緒に食べます。こうすると、アクが出にくいし、そもそもいい具合で美味しく食べられるので、おすすめ。
追加肉を注文、ホルモンはスープの味をグッと強くしてくれるので必ず投入。
野菜も肉も山ほどいきます。野菜なんて火を通してしまえば、もう際限なくモリモリ行けまくるからね。そんなこんなで、ずっと肉野菜酒肉野菜酒をループします。
〆はカレーにしました。特にすごく美味しい感じではないので、
牛しゃぶカレーにして食べました。
飲みまくり食いまくりして税込5000円ちょい。
全然OKです、満足です。OKです。
大きな資本が入ってるからこそできるのよなぁこういう事って。
たれがもっと美味ければ最強なんだろうけど、まぁそれは求めすぎなんだろうと思う。
