【2016年3月28日移転】ジャワへの留学経験を持つオーナーの大平さんが、2002年に品川・武蔵小山で創業し、次いで2005年に目黒に開店したレストラン【チャベ目黒通り店】は２０１６年１月閉店し、３月２８日に品川区上大崎３－５－４第１田中ビル２階に移転しました。 |
初めての本格的なインドネシア料理。
お店の内装も雰囲気があって、壁にインドネシアの影絵「ワヤン」も。
【サテ(串焼き)】
つくねとラム串。
ほろっと軟らかくて香辛料の効いた味付けのつくね。
ラム串はラム肉に甘辛でとろみのあるタレ(照焼っぽい)。
【ルンダン】
世界一美味しい料理に選ばれたことのあるルンダン。香辛料たっぷりでカレー寄りの味付けだが、辛さはピリ辛程度。ほんのりココナッツ風味。
【茄子のお料理】正式名称失念 汗
ほっくり蒸した茄子に野菜の酢漬けソースをかけたもの。茄子の甘みとソースの酸味で美味しい。
ボリュームも凄い。
【マルタバ】
これ大好き。
挽肉、野菜、卵をクレープで包んで揚げたお料理。
具は中華風の味付け。甘辛でとろみのあるソースをかけていただく。さっくさく。
他にもガドガド(温野菜にピリ辛ピーナッツディップ)、鶏肉のココナッツスープ、和え麺、揚げバナナなど、どれも食べやすくてカロリー高そうで美味しい！
店員さんのフレンドリーな感じも素敵で、テーブル毎に「写真いかがですか？」と記念写真を撮ってくれる。
このお店で今日美味しく食べたこと、忘れないよ。
