なかなか印象深い店だった。２００７年、3月から。いまや、12時過ぎて、軽く一杯というのでもなく。無茶苦茶な繁盛店。一生懸命だし、しかも素養もある。ただ、なにを目指すのか？ワイン・バーとしては突っ込みどころ満載（そもそも、小生、カリフォルニアが手薄というか、やや苦手というとこもあるが）。勿論、レストランとしては厳しい（出す料理がということではなく、テンポというか、なにより、そんなんで成り立つの？っていう意味で）。ふたりでやるには狭過ぎるし。なにより、あんまり気を詰めて、くたびれないようにしていただきたい。小生、要は酒が飲めれば、なんでも良いので。今後の健闘を期待してます。 と言いつつ、小さな店とはいえ、ここまで行けない店になってしまうと。
