住宅街にひっそりと、落ち着いた佇まいの入り口…名店の雰囲気。入ってみると大将のにこやかな笑顔、広めの店内でほぼほぼ満席です。
鳥しきで修行されたとのことで、もう少しかしこまった感じかと思っていたが、結構カジュアルな雰囲気もあり、若いお客さんも多く、明るい。
焼鳥は当たり前に美味しく、一本一本丁寧に焼かれている。大将一人で焼きを回されているが、満席の店内では結構大変そう！
焼鳥は10本からのストップ制、知らぬ間にお腹はパンパンです。そり、ハツ、つくね、レバーはとてもおいしく、ササミは焼き加減も絶妙で更においしい…このお店の逸品だと思います。
百名店というお店の割りには、アットホームでコスパも良く、リピーターの多い優良店だと思います。
