行人坂から雅叙園の前を通り、目黒川を渡って、ワンブロック向こうの角にある韓国料理屋。
何年か前までは「韓の国」というやはり韓国料理の店でそこを居抜きで2011年から開業。
入ると昔と全く同じ内装。
手前右の2人テーブル席に座る。
厨房脇に釣った大画面モニターではTBSのワイドショー。
布おしぼりと冷たいとうもろこし茶を持って、身体の大きなメガネのおじさんが注文を取りに来る。
ソンロンタンクッパ880円を注文。
ソルロンタンともいうが、この店ではソンロンタンと書いてある。
牛の肉・骨を長時間煮込むコムタンに似ているが、ソンロンタンはそれより骨が多く入っており、
骨髄まで煮出されているのでより白濁したスープだという。
とうもろこし茶は遠くに自然な甘みがあってなかなか美味しい。
しばらく待って、ソンロンタンクッパと惣菜三種、レンコンのキンピラ、ポテトサラダ、大根千切りキムチ。
確かにしっかり白濁。
おじさんが手で持って器を置いたので、キンキンに熱いという訳ではない。
スプーンですくうとご飯、春雨、ネギ、牛バラ薄切り。
味は薄め。自分で味を整えるのが基本。卓上の塩・胡椒を少し振って味を確かめる。少し薄めで私には丁度いいくらい。
骨髄まで煮出したスープは滋味深い。
食べてるうちに熱くも辛くもないのにだんだん身体が温まってきて、少し汗が出てきた。
スープまできれいに飲んでご馳走様！
お金を払って、美味しかった、ご馳走さん♪と大きな声で言うと、おじさん一瞬気を抜いたか、少し関西訛りがでてお礼を言った(笑)
