いろいろなメニューの中で、私のお気に入りはハンゲタン。あまり聞かない料理ですが、何の事は無い、参鶏湯（サムゲタン）がハーフサイズで出てきます。
韓国では、土用の丑の日には参鶏湯を食べると聞きました。何しろ滋養強壮に一番良さそうな食べ物ですから納得です。暑い差中でもしっかり食べるのは大事ですよね。ということでまたまたやって来ました。
お店にはいつも男性1人がサービス。トウモロコシのお茶を出してくれます。そして必ず数種類のお惣菜がでてきます。必ずキムチがはいってる。こういうスタイル、本格的です。
ハンゲタンを頼むと、お鍋にグツグツ言いながら出てきます。
しっかり煮込んだ柔らかい鳥肉の中には朝鮮人参やナツメ、もち米など、お約束の参鶏湯の具が。
1人で気軽に美味しい本格参鶏湯をランチに食べられて大満足でした。
