とろろ醤油が気になったので煌梨鍋に＾＾
あっさりし過ぎず、もつの脂が溶けて程よく濃厚なスープが病みつきになる、、、
柚子入り揚げ豆腐をトッピングする事で、
柚子の味がアクセントになりさらに◎
炙り博多辛子明太子、牛タンのおろしポン酢、
もつの唐揚げ、馬刺し三種盛り、
サイドメニューも絶品でした。
目黒鍋は結構な黒スープでこちらも気になったので次回再訪した際にいただきたいです＾＾
