目黒で人気のもつ鍋屋さんは当に必見のお店でした。
店内はとても居心地が良くて店員さんの対応も良かったので気持ち良く食事をする事が出来ました。
今回注文したのはお店の方がお勧めだと言ってくれた目黒鍋。
そして鍋の合間に馬刺し三種盛りと牛タンの竜田揚げ、更に鍋の締めに雑炊セットをオーダー。
このお店の出す肉料理は本当にどれも臭みやクセが全く無くて食べやすいです。
☆馬刺し三種盛り…馬の違う部位の食感が楽しめると共に色々と薬味が添えられているので、変化が楽しめて良いです。
☆牛タンの竜田揚げ…角切りの牛タンがさっくりホロホロで柔らかい食感です。牛タン好きにはたまらない一品。
☆目黒鍋…程よいピリ辛感。味噌味といってもクドさがなく、焦がしニンニクの風味と相まって深いコクのあるスープになっていて美味しいです。
もつもぷりぷりっとしていて柔らかく食べやすかったです。
☆雑炊セット…一旦鍋を下げ、厨房で作ってくれます。スープの旨味がぎゅっと凝縮されて香ばしさと卵のまろやかさが絶妙な雑炊でした。満足度がとても高く、あっという間に完食してしまいました。
もつ鍋が食べたくなったら、また絶対この店は欠かせないですね。
とてもお気に入りのお店になりました。
