I visited for the first time because I thought it was nice that there was no cover charge. Mobile ordering is also easy and nice. Overall it's cheap! I ordered the following: Yumechu Chicken Thigh Skewer (with garlic sauce) Chicken Hitsumabushi Rich Paitan Ramen The service was also relatively quick. The Yumechu Chicken is quite spicy, but the crispy batter and sweet and spicy sauce are delicious! You can choose the sauce for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and this time I chose garlic sauce for the thigh, which was sweet and spicy and quite delicious. The chicken hitsumabushi came with condiments and I was also happy that it had egg yolk. The broth that came with this was quite rich, but I wonder if it was the same broth as Ramen I ordered with it? Ramen had a super rich and thick soup! The chicken char siu was seared, and it was fragrant and delicious! I was very satisfied with this quality for this price. I also appreciated that the final dish was a small serving for one person, which was just the right size. The inside of the store is a bit noisy, but the staff are doing a good job and when the food is delayed, they are considerate and say sorry for making you wait. It's not the bad customer service that you often find in cheap stores, lol. Everyone is well-behaved and I had a comfortable time. I'm from western Japan, so I was a little worried about the saltiness overall, but the taste was delicious, so I'd like to come again.
