I called last minute and visited for the first time after 7pm on a weekday. Today, the restaurant was reserved for us, and I was able to relax in the exotic atmosphere while talking about Israel and Vietnam with my wife. We took the opportunity to discuss the menu while drinking a bottle of Israeli beer. Since I don't like bean-based foods, I ordered ``Halloumi cheese and walnuts fried in olive oil'' and ``Israeli spicy lamb sausage.'' I was given a glass of red wine from a historic winery that was started by Rothschild before the founding of Israel, and when I paired it with the cheese and walnuts, it was delicious. This red wine had a refined acidity and was delicious...it was my first Israeli wine. Replace the second glass with the same wine. The completely homemade sausage is spicy and has a strong lamb flavor and aroma, which I love. It's even more delicious with a spicy sauce. Personally, it was a masterpiece that I should definitely try again next time. The aged fillet was carefully grilled to medium-rare, and even when eaten as is, it was moist and had a strong aroma and flavor. My favorite Steak. Adding just the right amount of coarse salt to change the taste, I finished 200g in no time. The Israeli after-dinner drink was too strong and I couldn't handle it, so I had an Israeli dessert wine served to finish the meal. This was also delicious... From the beginning to the end, I felt a strange sense of comfort, like I was in a foreign country.
