Marcelo's is located on the second floor of a multi-tenant building near the end of Gonnosuke-zaka in Meguro. This restaurant has an unusual concept of being an Israeli restaurant that mainly serves aged beef. For long-time gourmets, the old name of the restaurant, ``Pink Camila,'' may be more relevant. The interior lighting is dimmed, giving the impression of visiting an American Steak. There are a few seats at the counter and some tables, with a total of just over 20 seats.
