近くのこちらのお店へ。
『麺屋 藤しろ』さんです。
今回は
味玉鶏白湯ラーメンと和え麺を注文！！
鶏白湯はややあっさり目の白湯。
トロトロはしておらずあっさり目で食べやすい。
無難なカンジです。
ただ、レモン生姜など味変すると少し味の雰囲気が変わって薄目の白湯だからこそマッチするような気がします。
和え麺はニボ系。
特に特徴はないかな？？
よくある味です。
まあ、ハズレにくく万人ウケしやすい鶏白湯かと思いました。
