18時半頃、店に到着しました。4人で食事の予定で
すが、2人が遅れているので、しばらく待ちます。入店
した際には2組のお客さんでしたが、19時過ぎにはテー
ブルが8割くらい埋まってローマ的(?)な賑やかさになり
ました。
店は料理人二人と接客係一人で切り盛りされています。
接客係はフットワークが良く、受け答えも丁寧で、まさに
兄貴という感じです。
全員揃ったところで、スパークリングワインで乾杯しま
す。料理はアラカルトで注文することにします。先ずは、
ポルシェッタ(\1300仔豚のロースト)と前菜盛合せ(\2400)
を注文しました。盛合せは量と種類が半端ないです。ポル
シェッタは皮の味付けがいいアクセントになっていて美味
しいです。スパークリングワインが進みます。
料理は、この後、トリッパ(\2300)、豚皮とうずら豆の
ローマ風煮込み、ムール貝入りパスタ、キノコのリゾットを
注文しました。接客係の兄貴は、多くのテーブルをひとりで
上手くさばいて凄いパワーです。
スパークリングワインを一人グラスで2杯ずつ飲み、赤ワイ
ン、ハウスワイン白をそれぞれグラスで1杯ずつ飲みました。
他にはミネラルウォーターを2本。グラスワインは1000円前後
でリーズナブルです。
食べて飲んで満腹近くなったところで、デザートとしてティ
ラミス、ザバイオーネ、ケーキを注文し、コーヒーとハーブティー
でいただきました。
2時間半余り滞在して、1人8000円余りのお勘定でした。
飲食の満足感からすると、とてもお得感がありました。
