こちら目黒駅東口から白金台方面に向かうとビルの地下にあります。
本日我々コース、まずは前菜盛り合わせ。根三つ葉のおひたしに胡麻豆腐にほたるいかなど。スッキリした味わいで本格和食。
お次は蛤とアスパラガス。蛤のお出汁がゼリー状になっていてスタイリッシュかつ美味い。
そして新玉葱のしんじょ。こちらも淡麗系な味わいで美味です。
ドリンクは日本ワインも充実。山形高畠ワイナリーの嘉-yoshi-スパークリング。世界のスパークリングワインにも引けを取らないしっかりした味わいですねー。
メインは特製トマト味噌の牛なべ。周りにはサシがしっかり入ったブロック形の牛肉、センターには玉ねぎと味噌とトマト。お肉が柔らかく、そのまま食べても生玉子につけてもとても美味。後半は味噌が溶け込み味変するのもいいですね。
お次のワインは栃木ココ・ファーム・ワイナリーの農民ロッソ、赤ワインです。カベルネの味わいがしっかり、メルローでバランスが取られていてこちらもなかなか。
パウンドケーキいただきご馳走様。メインもメイン以外もハイクオリティなコースでした。
