２回目の訪問
前回食べられなかった、
特選柚子塩らぁ麺
特選煮干し醤油らぁ麺
をセレクト。
豚めしも。

柚子系って爽やかだけど、
なんだかどのお店も同じ様な味がしていそうであまり選ばないんです。
でも、ここの柚子塩は唯一無二でした。
柚子で爽やかではあるけれど、
お出汁の旨味とコクが効いている。
スープだけでまずは御椀一杯いただけるほど、
塩辛くなく、優しい。

ここは麺がまた最高なのです。
細麺。麺に出汁がよく絡む。

煮干し系は、灰色のスープ系かと思いきや、
醤油のような茶色。
ただし、煮干しの味はしっかりめ。
絶妙なお出しとのバランスに感動。

ここのワンタンがもう秀逸すぎて、、
とぅるんとした皮のなかに、
超絶ジューシーなタネ。
１つ食べるごとに悶絶します。

今回は夫と伺ったので、らぁ麺の味を全クリできました
あ、でも夜限定のつけ麺があるらしい？
まだまだ探求しがいのあるお店です。
