東京都品川区上大崎3丁目4-1にある「麺や 維新」さんで、特煮干しらぁ麺をいただきました。（1300円也）
特煮干しは、味玉1個、ワンタン3個、チャーシュー3枚（豚2枚、鶏1枚）がのっています。
他、メンマに刻み玉ねぎなどがあります。
横からも撮ってみました。
メニューによってどんぶりの色が変わっているようでしたね。
維新さんは、2013年10月にオープンされたようです。店内はカウンター席のみだったと思います。券売機方式の食券製で現金のみの取り扱いです。
営業時間は、11:00～15:00、18:00～21:30（L.O.21:15）となっています。
定休日は日曜日です。
メニューは、
・醤油らぁ麺 950円
・柚子塩らぁ麺 950円
・煮干しらぁ麺 950円
⇒それぞれ、味玉1100円 わんたん1250円 チャーシュー1350円 特1300円
・つけ麺並1000円 大1150円
・豚めし 350円
・鮪節月見めし 250円
・白飯150円 半飯100円
などなどとなっていました。
卓上の調味料は、コショーのみでした。
いただいた特煮干しらぁ麺。
麺は自家製麺のようで加水低めのやや平打ちの感じの中細麺で、しなやかな感じです。
スープは煮干しの感じしっかりであとから醤油のコクと旨味がきますね。ワンタンはあつあつ美味しく、チャーシューも豚と鶏で食べ応えあって、メンマは太目の材木系で好みでした。
また、機会があれば普通の醤油もいただいてみたいですね。
