ミシュランに5年連続で掲載されたお店。目黒駅から徒歩3分。
店内に入ると12席のカウンター席が並ぶ。ジャズが流れており、良い雰囲気だ。11時の開店に合わせて訪れたところ、並ばず席に着くことができた。店内奥に進むと出汁の良い香りがする。
「特醤油らぁ麺(1300円)」と「豚飯(350円)」を注文。5分少々して拉麺が到着。
まずはスープを一口。鶏のオイルがしっかり感じられ、とても美味しい。2口、3口と飲んでしまう。
麺やチャーシュー、ワンタン、煮卵どれをとっても仕上がっていた。特にワンタンはツルンと口当たりが良く、とても美味しかった。
