この辺を歩いててたまたま見つけた
こちらは「一人前パエリアあります！」
「イカスミパエリア」という
張り紙につられて気になっていた
スペインバルです。
東京カレンダーに掲載されてから
人気を博しているのか定かでは
ないですが週末のこの日はほぼ満席。
食べログでのレビューはそんなに多くは
なくても実は人気が高いお店の
典型例だと思いました。
パフェを食べた後だったので
お通し、イカスミパエリア一人前、
バスクチーズケーキ、
赤ワイン(シラー ペドレラ)だけを注文。
お通しは鮎のパテ。
ニンニクが効いてて塩辛くお酒の
お供にちょうどいい味わい。
なめらかで鮎が臭くなく旨みだけが
凝縮されて美味しいです。
30分弱くらいでパエリアの登場。
スキレットサイズなので本当に一人前。
2人だったら2種類楽しめそう。
リゾットに近いしっとりめのパエリアは
バジルの香りとレモンの風味、
トマトと一緒に食べるとさらに爽やか
な印象に。
アーリオオーリオソースを加えると
ニンニクの香りとコクがでて
美味しいです、このソースが好きなので
"当たり"をひいた感じがしました。
旨みはあるけど結構あっさりなので
2人分でも完食できたんじゃないか
と思います。
自家製バスクチーズケーキという
ポップがあったので絶対食べたい！
と思って注文しましたが
抹茶のバスクチーズケーキで
ちょっと残念。
確かにメニュー表には季節の、と
書いてたのを後で気づきましたが
抹茶味だと、ひと言欲しかった…
抹茶味のバスクチーズケーキは
なめらかで美味しいですが
好みではないのでまた機会があれば
普通のバスクチーズを食べてみたいと
思います。
イカスミパエリアはまたリピート
したいです♫
