目黒駅から権之助坂を下って右側にある「目黒バルlacasadelPINO（ラカーサデルピノ）」。ずっと存在は知っていたのですが、いつぞやの東京カレンダーで特集されていたのでお邪魔してみることに。私の推しの「とんかつ大宝（たいほう）」の並びです。
店内は思いのほか広く、カウンターが7-8席にテーブル席、ボックスシートと幅広い用途が期待できます。トータルでは30席近くあるのかなあ。近所のリーマンたちが飲み会やってて楽しそうでした。
生ビールは700円、グラスワインは800円～と良心的な価格設定。サワーやカクテルなどカジュアルなアルコールも用意されており、全方位的に楽しめるお店です。そういえば日本酒も置いていたな。
お通しは550円を要するのですが、中々に旨い鶏のレバーペーストが出てくるので納得感があります。コッテリ濃厚な味覚であり、さっそく赤ワインが欲しくなる。
看板料理の「真鯛と焼きナスのカルパッチョ」。なるほどこれは美味しいですねえ。厚切りの真鯛の刺身にサルサヴェルデ（パセリなどを用いた緑色のソース）が良く合う。ナスも大ぶりなカットで食べ応え抜群。全体としてズバっと調味が決まっており酒が進みます。
「国産牛のトリッパ」は、てっきり雑なトマト煮込みがやってくるのかと思いきや、思いのほかややこしい盛りつけとソースが繰り広げられており、バルのツマミのクオリティを上方に逸脱しています。ジャガイモも随所に組み込まれており、完成度の高いひと皿です。
〆のお食事に「イカスミパエリア」。こちらも看板料理のひとつであり、調理に30分を要するので早めに注文しておきましょう。イカの旨味がギンギンに詰まっており、炭水化物ながら酒が飲めてしまう風味の強さです。
以上を食べ、軽く飲んでお会計は7千円ほど。メニューの種類が少なく似た味わいのものが多い（サルサヴェルデだらけだ）のですが、そのいずれもがズバっと旨いのが印象的。少数精鋭の代名詞とも言えるアラカルトかもしれません。
ちなみにグループで訪れれば飲み放題のプランも利用でき、これがめちゃんこお得。お店のコンセプトの割にスーツを着たオッチャンたちで混み合っていた理由が良くわかりました。オッチャンたちで混み合う店は、良い店だ。
