創業の時から懇意にしてもらっていますが、

目黒で商談。
なら目黒でご飯を食べようと最初はラーメンにしようと思ったがパスタもずっと食べたかったことを思い出して、馴染みのこちらに。

来てみてびっくり外には長蛇の列が。

待つこと数分大好きなカウンター席に案内されました。

おもてなし感じるイタリアン

もうかれこれ10年の付き合いになるチェフのお店。
たまに使っているのですが、投稿するのははじめてです。

ご自分でイタリアを旅しながら、レストラン、家庭で学んだ味を丁寧に再現して味あわせてくれます。

この日もいつもお馴染みの品から、この日仕入れた新鮮な魚介を使った逸品など、次から次へと食べさせていただきました。

中でも白子を使った料理は絶妙な塩加減と味付けで、白子本来の旨味を十分に味あわせてくれる逸品でした。

流石の腕前。
