創業の時から懇意にしてもらっていますが、
今や大の人気店。
夜も大混雑で、繁盛していることが自分のことのように嬉しいです!
この日は
6,200円 飲み放題付きのコース。
3時間とゆったり滞在できるのがまた良いですね。
まずはスパークリングワインで乾杯。
その後ビールに!
まずはおなじみ水牛のモッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ。
アンチョビがちょこっと添えてあって、絶妙な塩梅。
次は
水だこの温製カルパッチョ。
ガーリックの効かせ方が絶妙で、美味。
フォカッチャと一緒に食べるとまた絶妙。
次は、カツオを炙ってたたき風に仕上げた一品。
ルッコラと一緒に食べると香りが鼻をくすぐる。

上手に火を通していて、柔らかく、熱々。
