前菜の盛り合わせとっても綺麗！！和食懐石のよう。
・馬刺し3種盛り合わせ
ヒレ、たてがみ、ふたえご。
ふたえごって初めて聞きました。馬のお腹の下の部位です。油の刺しがとても綺麗！！ふたえご美味しい！！
・握り 軍艦 トロタク
全部馬肉なのかな！すごーい✨
これ全部美味しかった！そしてやっぱり盛り付け豪快で凄い映えでした！
・辛子蓮根
おお！この小休止良い！！から過ぎず食べやすかった！九州旅行してるみたいです‼︎
・桜肉2種のしゃぶしゃぶ
刺しが綺麗な馬肉！生でも食べられそうな位。
少ししゃぶしゃぶってして、ネギと一緒に、食べるのが最高過ぎました♡美味し過ぎる。
しかもネギはお代わり自由。
これも嬉しいポイント。
