暖簾をくぐって階段を上がり店内に入ると素敵な和空間。
夏の火照った足裏に畳が気持ちいいです。
特選桜肉尽くしコース
まずは先付と前菜
どちらも上品な彩りで丁寧な仕事ぶり。
先付の無花果は最初の食感と味はナスっぽいのですが、そのうち無花果の甘さが広がってきて瑞々しい。
その後は握り寿司、馬刺し、ローストホース、ヒレカツ、しゃぶしゃぶと、怒涛の馬肉祭り！
お寿司と馬刺しは草身も全く無く新鮮そのもの。
ローストホースとヒレカツはそのそこの厚みがあり表面は火が入っていますが柔らかい！
そしてしゃぶしゃぶ。スタッフの方からお肉はお刺身としても食べられるので、とオススメされまずは生で食べてみる。
こ、これは…！！しゃぶしゃぶサイズの大きなお肉を馬刺しとして食べたのは初めてでしたが、口の中でとろける～～めちゃめちゃ美味しいです！！
その後しゃぶしゃぶして食べ、そちらももちろん美味しいのですが、加熱すると生よりも少し固くなり味も淡白になるので半分くらいはしゃぶしゃぶせずに馬刺しとして堪能してしまったくらい。
ネギはオカワリできます。締めにお蕎麦と選べるデザートを頂き大満足の馬肉づくしでした。
