Our restaurant offers Japanese-style meal that makes use of seasonal ingredients. We purchase fresh fish from Toyosu Market and directly from the producers, and use only domestically produced horse sashimi. In addition, since we offer a wide variety of Fried food, we are creative with the oil used for cooking. By using unrefined domestically produced rapeseed oil, it has a good taste and drains well, and is light and less likely to cause stomach upset. The course menus are also attractive, using only ingredients purchased on the day with a reliable eye. Enjoy the carefully selected seasonal flavors to your heart's content.
