料理はセントラルキッチンでシェフが調理し各店舗に届けられているため、全店舗が同じテイストで統一されている。
当店はvivoの中でもワインに特化しており、店長のソムリエ・沼田氏が「カジュアルに飲めるワイン」をコンセプトに自ら仕入れて提供している。
席はカウンター席やフリーの立ち飲みを含めて超満席で、人気のほどが伺える。
客はほとんどが常連で、価格帯が安いためか、20代の若者が半数を占めていた。
