目黒駅東口から徒歩1分、国産小麦100％のパンがおいしいバルスタイルのお店。
ディナータイムは、ワイン片手にリーズナブルなピンチョスやタパスとパンが楽しめるお店ですが、
ランチタイムは、系列店の馬場FLATから毎日届く自家製パンがメイン。
店内でランチセットとしていただくこともできるのですが、テイクアウトもＯＫです。
店頭にはいろいろな種類のおいしそうなパンが並び、サンドイッチは保冷庫に。
いろいろとあって目移りしてしまうのですが、スタッフさんのおすすめを参考に選びました。
さつまいもブレッド・￥３００
ゴロゴロと角切りのサツマイモがぎっしりと入ったパン。黒ゴマの芳ばしさがアクセント。
おイモの甘さと小麦の甘さが引き立ったおいしいパンです。
あんこみるくコッペ・￥２４０
小豆の風味が活きたほどよい甘さのあんこに、ミルク感たっぷりのクリーム。
パン自体がおいしいので、まちがいのないおいしさ。コンビニの同商品とは別格レベルです。
くるみとレーズン
香ばしいクルミと大粒レーズンを練り込んだパン。
そのままでももちろんおいしいのですが、薄切りにして軽く焼いてもおいしい。
赤ワインと合せてもイケるパンです。
ミルクフランス・￥１９０
バリッとハードで小麦の香りがするおいしいフランスパンに、濃厚なミルククリームがたっぷり。
しっかりと甘いのに、後引くおいしさ。
今回は甘いパンばかりでしたが、サーモンとクリームチーズのサンドイッチなどもおいしいです。
おいしいパンが食べたくなったら、フラッと立ち寄りたいお店です。
