ネワール料理を中心としたネパール料理とお酒

目黒駅の近くにある｢バルピパル｣に行って、ダルバートをいただきました。
このお店は店内がとても狭くて窮屈です。
私はカウンター席につきました。
カレー2種がついたダルバートを注文しました。ソフトドリンクはラッシーを選びました。2種のカレーはノンベジはマトンカレー、ベジは大根とオクラでした。カレーの辛さは辛口にしました。
数分待つとダルバートが運ばれてきました。ダルバートは2種のカレー、豆が入ったスープ、アチャール、ほうれん草、ライスの盛り合わせでした。
マトンカレーはスパイスがよくきいていておいしかったです。野菜が入ったカレーに入っていた大根は大きめにカットされていました。ライスはおかわり可能でしたが、カレーやおかずの量がそれほど多くないので、おかわりはしませんでした。
このお店のダルバートはおいしかったです。
日曜日はお休みなので、注意が必要です。
