ネワール料理を中心としたネパール料理とお酒
ネパールのアンティークや木彫りのインテリアに囲まれた店内で、伝統的なネパール料理をゆっくりとお楽しみ下さい |
午後０時１５分ごろ、同行者１名計２名で訪問しました。
４人がけのテーブル席を確保しました。
ネパールの家庭料理とされかる ダルバート（カレー２種）1,100円を発注しました。
カレーは、チキン（ノンベジ対応用）とナス ソイミート（ベジ対応用）でした。どちらも、さらっとした味わいです。
ダルスープ（豆のスープ）は、ややぬるめとの印象ですか、具がおいしいと感じました。
ザク（青菜炒め/訪問日は、小松菜ではないかと推定します。）、ムラコアチャール（大根のスパイスマリネ）、チャッツネなどが、提供されました。
選択制のドリンクは、いつもどおり、ラッシーをいただきました。
