ネワール料理を中心としたネパール料理とお酒
ネパールのアンティークや木彫りのインテリアに囲まれた店内で、伝統的なネパール料理をゆっくりとお楽しみ下さい |
平日夜に飛び込みで訪問。
インドまたはネパール系の男性スタッフ2名が迎えてくれました。
初訪問なのでおすすめを聞いたら、
「ダルバートだよ」と言われたので、素直に注文。
インド料理のタリーに当たるものが、ダルバートなのかなと思いますが、タリーよりもダルバートの小鉢はおかず的な野菜が多いのかな？
どれも塩気が適度でスパイスが効いていて美味しくいただきました。
デザートのクルフィーは、以前、インドのオベロイと言うホテルのレストランで、本場の味を食べてから、どハマり。
それからは、メニューにあると必ず頼みます。
こちらのクルフィーはインドで食べたものよりミルキー感が抑え目で、スパイスが多目に感じました。
ネパールのビール、意外にも日本のラガーの様なしっかり目のお味でした。
どれも、美味しくいただきました。
