脂が甘く、軽い口当たりのお肉で調味料のヒマラヤ岩塩で食べるのがオススメ
塩で甘みが際立ち、さっぱり食べれます
ソース・醤油の調味料もあるがやっぱり塩が良いと思います。
軽めのパン粉の衣はしっかりとフィットして食べていて離れることなく
一体感がありしっかり味を閉じ込めています。
中はほんのりピンクで断面も鮮やか
ご飯は、程よい炊き加減で
甘みも香りもありトンカツとの相性良いです。
単体でも十分味わえます。
豚汁は、根菜類と豚肉がちょうどよく入り
おかずにもなる味噌汁です
キャベツも、しっかり細かい千切りで
キャベツ自体の甘みも出ていて
ドレッシングをかければ十分おかずになります。
