休日の夕方。
突如としてトンカツを食べたくなり、
「とんかつ目黒こがね」へ足を運びました。
安全で健康的な美容豚「林SPFポーク」を使用していて、目黒駅からも近くアクセスが抜群なのでお気に入りのお店です。お店は通り沿いに位置していて非常に見つけやすいと思います！
「上ロースかつ定食」は、
まさに黄金色に輝く珠玉の一品。
林SPFポークの甘みと旨みが際立ち、
軽い口当たりで食べ応えがあります。
ヒマラヤ岩塩で食べると、
その甘みがさらに引き立ちます。
ソースも良いですが、塩が一番のおすすめです！
低音でじっくり揚げているので、
お店の中は揚げ音など無く、ほぼ無音。
カツの中はほんのりピンクで、断面も鮮やか。
揚げたてのトンカツは、外はサクサク、中はジューシーでやわらか。食べるたびに幸せな気分に浸れます♪
ご飯とキャベツは何度でもおかわり自由で、
豚汁は1回までおかわり可能とのこと。
食べログ百名店にも選出されていて、
とんかつ激戦区の目黒の中でも評価が高いです。
個人的には、目黒三大とんかつ（とんき、かつ壱、大宝）と比べても十分美味いお店だと思ってます！
低温でじっくり揚げているからか、
お客さんの回転はそこまで早くないです。
休日のピーク時間は相当待つので、
なるべく早めの時間に行くことをおすすめします。
とんかつ好きならずとも、一度は訪れてみる価値があります。次回はメンチかつやヒレカツの定食も試してみたいと思います！
