実はラーメンの人気店が多い目黒。今回は新宿に本店を構える人気店"らぁ麺はやし田"プロデュースの「中華そば 竹むら」へ。
オーダーは「焼豚中華そば＋白飯（1180円）」
メニューは中華そば、あご煮干し、つけ麺、煮干しつけ麺の4本立て。
今回はオーソドックスな中華そばにしました！
麺は菅野製麺所特注の全粒粉の細麺。
スープは大山鶏の丸鶏と、はかた地どりの2種類から取るスープ。スープがめっちゃ好みだわ〜✨
具材はチャーシュー、ねぎ、極太メンマ、スプラウトが入っています。
目黒に来る機会が増えそうなので、目黒のランチも開拓して行くぞー
