100種類の唐揚げと100種類のお茶漬けがウリ。
ランチで訪れてみた。
ランチはお茶漬け。
100種もあるなら決めるのが大変と思いきや、
夜が10種の部位に10種のソースの唐揚げなら、
まずは、唐揚げ食べ放題をチョイスだろう。
唐揚げに合う出汁は昆布だろうということで、
迷わず、
「唐揚げ食べ放題ｘ鶏昆布だし茶漬け」（1,050円）
に決定。
基本が500円のおばんざいがついたお茶漬けで、
そのお茶漬けのメインディッシュと出汁によって
値段が加算される仕組み。
ランチ表を見るとこの組み合わせは+550円
ということで1,050円となる。
最初は唐揚げ何個にしますか？
と聞かれ、大きさを聞くと
小ぶりだったので
5個でお願いする。
注文を聞いてから、
鶏をカットして衣をつけ
フライヤーで揚げている。
この日のおばんざいは、
蓮根のきんぴら、山ウド和え、明日葉カツオ節和え
10分ほどでサーブされる。
5個の鶏もも唐揚げに大きなスダチが添えられる。
徳島の食材にこだわってるのか。
熱い鶏昆布ダシも届く。
食べ方を聞くと最初は唐揚げを白飯で食べて、
後半、唐揚げをご飯にのせてダシをかけて食べるという。
きんぴら、山ウド、明日葉は、
いい味付けでご飯のお供になるやや濃いめの味。
夜は10種の部位に対し、
昼は鶏もも1種に少しがっかりしたが、
下味が凄くあっさりしている。
ケンタやファミチキの1/10くらいの味付け。
子供、若者、江戸っ子じじぃは少し物足りないかも。
ダシはこれも上品な仕上がり、
花粉症にはその香りはわからず、
江戸っ子じじぃなら味がもの足らず、醤油をかけるかもｗ
唐揚げをのせ、
ダシを回しいれる。
どちらもあっさりした味なので関西人にウケるかも。
冷静に考えると
これって定食屋の唐揚げ定食だよね。
ランチなら650円くらいって感覚。
元を取るなら、
唐揚げ追加で20個くらい食べればいいけど、
大人げないので、
これでお勘定。
1,050円払ってご馳走さん。
ランチはちょっと微妙かな。
