連休中日のランチ、ピザがいいねと相方と話がまとまり、ゴンゾさんへ。
店頭では家族連れがひと組お待ち。「ご案内できる時間は確かではありませんが、お食事も終えられそうなテーブルもありますので」（趣意）と丁寧な案内をいただき、待つことに。
5分と待たずに店内へ。
メニューをみると、ピザも「ROSSO 赤」と「BIANCO 白」と別れてます。
赤はトマトソース、白はチーズがそれぞれベースのようです。吟味の結果、トマトソースベースのブッタネスカに決定。
「トマトソース、モッツァレラ、オレガノ、アンチョビ、ケッパー、オリーブ、ニンニク、バジリコ、ミニトマト」とあります。楽しみ。
待つあいだにイタリアンビールとカツオの前菜を楽しみます。
サーブされてきた焼き立てピザ。
トマトソースがベースとはいえ、モッツァレラチーズもしっかり。
アンチョビ、バジリコが味の彩りともなり、、オリーブ、ニンニクが良きアクセントとなり幸福、いや口福です。
流石にもう一枚は、ということでソーセージも。
これがまた、ジューシーでハーブもたっぷり。肉肉しく。
