どれも美味しかったです。野菜の火入れがちょうどよかったです。スペシャリテも暖かいテットドコションははじめてで、カリカリとした食感がよかったです。
どれも美味しくいただきました。
特にアミューズの『しらうおと菜の花のフラン』の鮮やかなエメラルド色のソースに、驚かされました。
