This is truly a credit to my wife. My wife found this restaurant and made reservations long in advance, and it became a Michelin restaurant. It was a wonderful restaurant♪ Today we had a delicious lunch course. First up is a whitebait tartlet from Ehime Prefecture, a small tart with carrot puree and whitebait. This was absolutely delicious. Next up is veludet and ouhumole, cauliflower soup, soft-boiled egg, lily, and fried wild rice. And marinated mushrooms from Ehime Prefecture with Italian Cuisine parsley oil and yuzu. This is also the best. Roasted mushrooms go best with yuzu sauce. Next is Ehime Prefecture's healthy red sea bream and shrunken spinach, green seaweed butter sauce, colored carrots, green seaweed and butter, and lotus root chips for color. it's the best. And roasted Fure Ehime pork fillet from Ehime Prefecture. It's a soft and gentle pork. It's juicy and the best.
