I went to a yakitori restaurant that I was interested in. From Meguro Station, go down Gonnosuke and further down the hill to a residential area. A glass-encased yakitori restaurant. I can see a glimpse of the interior, but it doesn't look like yakitori. The image is of casual Italian Cuisine or Western Cuisine. Now, how should I ask? You can just use skewers, or if you want to eat one item that you like, selection 7 skewers. Also, grated whitebait and chopped wasabi. Otoshi is something like pork soup with lots of root vegetables. I like this kind of thing. Even in furisode ◯ The portion is large. Overall, it is well-cooked and the salt is strong. The skewers with pepper on them felt even more salty. Still, the Soriles is juicy with meat juices. My favorite meatballs are the rough texture of the roughly chopped cartilage, the flavor of the shiso leaves, and the carrot color? Also included. It's a little different from my taste... The soboro rice bowl was a bit lacking in alcohol, but it was light and perfect as a finishing touch. The amount is just right. It also comes with soup stock, so you can eat it quickly in the style of Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)menu also includes a course with a la carte dish, and you can choose the number of skewers selection. You can order individual skewers, and there are also a la carte dishes, so you can choose from a variety of options to suit your appetite! The drink menu was unique and didn't have any traditional beers, so I didn't have any alcoholic beverages I wanted. By the way, when I asked about the brand of chicken, I was told that they use chicken from areas ranging from Aomori in the north to Kagoshima in the south, each with a different type of chicken. I couldn't believe it was a yakitori restaurant from the interior, but it was definitely a yakitori restaurant. Thank you for the meal!
