本場NYスタイルのベーグルを販売するベーグル専門店。
目黒駅からだと10分強かかります。
「支那ソバ かづ屋」でのランチ前の平日13時過ぎに伺ったところ、かなり品数が少なくなってました。
希望の商品がある方は、早めの時間に訪問する事をお勧めします。
購入したのは、フィリング無しの下記ベーグル。

家にて実食。
生地は余計な風味が無い素材型のシンプルな味わい。ギュッと詰まった感じで、サイズも大きく重量感があり、食べ応えがありました。
主に、横にスライスして、フライパンにバターを引いて片面だけ焼き、クリームチーズやメープルシロップをトッピングして美味しく頂きました。
生地が想像以上にムギュッと詰まっているので、焼くとかなりのカリモチ食感になって期待していた以上の美味しさでした。
味わいはニュートラルなので、色々フィリングして頂くのに丁度良いベーグルですね。
なお、エブリシングは、オニオン、セサミ、ポピーシードのオールスターがトッピングされており、香ばしくて塩気もあって美味しかった。今回購入した中では、一番気に入りました。
ベースのベーグルが素晴らしく美味しかったので、必ず再訪します。次回は、フィリング入りのベーグルサンドも試してみたいです。
なお、とても丁寧且つ優しい接客でしたので、一見さんでも安心して利用出来ます。
