11品で8000円弱のコース、飲み物入れてジャスト一万円くらい。少しずついろいろと、とお品書きに書いてあるのでその精神はとても好き。そのお値段以上を充分満足させる楽しい和食コース。
生湯葉とエビウニを少しのポン酢ジュレ、よもぎ餡の茶碗蒸し、お造り（かつお、マグロ頬肉、炙りしめ鯖、鯛昆布締めだけは桜塩漬けと）うちもも低温ロースト、牡蠣はまぐりアスパラ揚げをグラナパダーノチーズ、水なすみょうがおひたし、からすみチーズ焼き餅、チューリップ揚げと燻製ポテサラ、イチゴネーブル白和えと生ハムモナカ乗せ、土鍋ご飯ホタルイカと菜の花、黒ごまプリン。
お酒のラインナップが楽しい、よくあるラインナップも抑えつつ、濃い緑茶サワーとか割り物はケチ臭くないですよというアピール品がちらほら、そしておすすめがクラマトトマトサワーとか、ちょっと変わっているがバリエーションが多岐に渡ってメニュー見るのも楽しい。
湯葉の冷製が程よく美味しくて、次に店名を冠した真打茶碗蒸しが出てきてご主人がよもぎ餡の茶碗蒸しですというので変化球かなと思ったが、この茶碗蒸しが小さなお茶碗の中でいろんな味と食感を詰め込んでいてとても素晴らしい味。この時点で当たりだなと。
コースも美味しいが黒板に書いてあるアラカルトやおでんなんかもこの店のご主人ならちょっと変化のある楽しいものを出してくれそうでまた来るのが楽しみ。
ご主人はなんとなくチームナックスの戸次さんを思い出す、客捌きの女性と２人体制。
お料理は文章にするとありがちに見えるものでも必ずご主人の個性が混ぜ込んである。
土鍋ご飯も１名用の鍋で炊けるのでおこげも含めて食べ切れるのが良い。おみやげありきで炊きすぎるのはあまり好きじゃないので。
目黒駅から権之助坂をくだり、とんかつ大宝あたりの屋根付き商店街を少し進んで屋根が無くなるあたりの地下一階。
今日は予約で満員だったが食べログ予約はまだバレてない実力店なので空きはありそう。
少人数でゆっくり清潔感ある明るい店内で美味しいものを食べられる良店です。
