早朝から行列！6:30オープンの沁みるラーメン ！
目黒区下目黒にあるえーちゃん食堂さんを訪問。
最近話題のお店です。
営業時間は6:30-11:00頃。
平日の6:30に訪問。
既にオープンしていて、外待ち10名ちょっと。
食券は買わずに並びます。
入口前まで並んで、食べ終わった人が出てきたら、順番に食券を買って店内に着席します。
チャーシューメン(1,400円)
メンマ(300円)
をチョイス。
7:25に着丼。
見た目はシンプルな中華そばの感じ。
トッピングのメンマがかなりの量。笑
チャーシューは少ししょっぱいくらい味が染みててとっても美味しい。
スープも癖になる味わいでどんどん飲んでしまいます。
行列の理由がわかる味。
店長さんも気持ちのいい接客で、これからも人気が増しそうです。
